I am continually inspired by the creativity and intelligence of the individuals I meet at AWE. I love working for Aging Well Eldercare (AWE) because it is a friendly, supportive, and kind environment displayed by all. I prayed for God to place me in a company that He wanted me to be in, and indeed, I have been led to this wonderful company, doing excellent work for families facing challenges of aging and/or disability. The incredible individuals I’ve had the privilege to work with have truly shaped my experience at AWE. I have found immense fulfillment in contributing to an organization dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable members of our community, seniors and those with disabilities. Working within a smaller organization allows for a dynamic team approach, where we collaborate across various teams to develop innovative solutions that broaden our knowledge and significantly enhance our impact. What I love the most about being a care manager at AWE is providing advocacy and support to my clients and their families. It is deeply satisfying to see how my actions benefit my clients' health, quality of life and assist them in navigating our increasingly complex health care system. As a lifelong learner, being a care manager is a perfect fit. Care management is a dynamic career as new advances in science and medicine allow for learning and growth and ensure best practice as a care manager. Erica
