On this Valentine’s Day, and in the spirit of love, I want to take a moment to share how much I love and appreciate the staff at DLEA and want them to know how special they are. We are one of the largest and best care management practices in the area and it’s primarily due to our dedicated, hard-working, committed group of Aging Life CareTM Managers, concierge companions and office support staff. To all of you, I say thank you for bringing your best “you” to work every single day!
Thank you for bringing your positive attitude to work every time you accompany a client to a doctor’s appointment or support a client in the middle of a health crisis. Thanks for being care managers who are eager for challenges as you prepare for an in-home assessment for a new client. Thanks for being bold as you formulate your care plans and take the lead role as “team leader” on a new client’s care team.
Your professionalism embodies DLEA’s philosophy of being committed to offering seniors and families the best in caring, individualized and effective support as they face the challenges of aging. You do so every time you coordinate services such as arranging for an in-home caregiver, making a recommendation for an elder law attorney, or for a new community where a client will get the individualized attention they need to age in place gracefully. I appreciate your attention to detail as you perform medication management oversight or communicate with medical professionals and accompany clients to appointments. You all have extraordinary credentials that allow you to provide the highest level of professional service to our clients. Thank you!
Our Debbie’s Angels (concierge companions) lend their hearts and souls to the work of improving the quality of life of older adults and those with disabilities. Thank you for the passion you bring by always being ready to provide social engagement and life enrichment activities to our clients. You have enhanced the lives of our clients and made a significant impact, whether singing with a client with dementia, giving up your weekend so you can accompany a disabled senior to her granddaughter’s wedding, or helping a client continue to enjoy their woodworking hobby. I’m so grateful for your service to DLEA and to the community. Thank you!
I’m so eternally grateful for my office team! They work tirelessly behind the scenes and make sure the business continues to run smoothly.
