As May rolls in, Aging Well Eldercare (AWE) proudly joins the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) in celebrating National Aging Life Care Month. Thirteen years ago, ALCA chose May to coincide with Older Americans Month when older citizens are honored. With a commitment to enhancing the lives of our older citizens and those with disabilities, May reminds us of the invaluable role of Aging Life Care Professionals in supporting these individuals and their families. As advocates for aging well, our team of care managers and Debbie's Angels embrace the opportunity to spotlight the importance of compassionate, person-centered care. AWE is dedicated to fostering independence, dignity, and quality of life, and we honor the journey of aging with respect and unwavering support. As a way to show your support, we ask that you enjoy a relaxing cup of green tea and wear green on May 16, 2024, in honor of Aging Life Care Month.

Friends Club Bethesda serves as a bridge between the social isolation of early stage Alzheimer's disease and more traditional Care Services. This program brings together active gentlemen in the early-to-mid stages of Alzheimer's disease in a caring, safe and secure environment.
