Care Manager–Nurse (Part-time or full-time, 20-40 hours)
We are seeking an RN interested in joining the rewarding and expanding field of Aging Life Care Management. We are looking for dedicated, independent, creative and experienced professionals with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in aging and health care. RN required and CCM certification a plus. The aging life care manager position is part-time with flexible scheduling, working a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week. You will need to be a self-starter, able to work independently and communicate well with clients, families and other professionals. Pay is $25 – $36 per hour commensurate with experience.

We visit clients around the D.C. metropolitan area, primarily in Montgomery County, Northwest D.C., Frederick County, and Northern Prince George’s County.
