Seeking New Team Members

We are actively seeking team members interested in joining the rewarding and expanding field of aging life care management. We are looking for a dedicated, independent, creative and experienced professionals with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in aging and health care. Degrees required and CCM or CMC certification a plus. Experience in geriatrics, dementia, home health or hospice care and/or mental health strongly preferred. Aging life care manager positions are flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. We visit clients around the D.C. metropolitan area, primarily in Montgomery County, Northwest D.C., Frederick County, and Northern Prince George’s County. You will need to be a self-starter, visit clients, able to work independently and communicate well with clients, families and other professionals. Pay commensurate with experience.

We are seeking college educated individuals interested in working with older adults to engage them in social activities in the home and/or their community. Our Debbie’s Angels deliver groceries, take clients on social outings, facilitate Skype interactions, garden, scrapbook, shop with and also accompany clients on errands. This position does NOT include helping with ADL’s (activities of daily living) and is a part-time, per diem position. Patient and creative people who have flexible schedules, excellent interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and a smartphone will work with our clients residing primarily in Montgomery County and northwest D.C.
